We are committed to delivering real, lasting transformation. If you fully participate in the assigned work and complete the process as it was designed, but do not achieve the results we've agreed on, we will refund any payments you've made to that point.

Additionally, if we decide not to continue the work for any reason, we will refund all monies paid up to that point.
