"Our coaching journey has been one of the most transformative experiences that I’ve had in a coaching/therapy relationship. 

 

Growing up and living in a transforming South Africa as a black woman hasn’t been a comfortable or safe experience, and when I started I was hypervigilant and anxious. 

 

That state in me has changed. Jennifer has given me knowledge and insights on how the brain works, and the language and tools to explore my internal dialogue, emotions, and boundaries. I’ve realized that my mind and emotions are here to guide me and to keep me safe.

 

For the first time, I feel safe and comfortable in my own body."
